Instructions on Withdrawal
This statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in Germany. You have 14 days from taking physical possession of standard goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Customers outside Germany cannot currently place an order. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Alexander Fulst, Lehmkamp 1, 48161 Münster, Germany, [email protected], or use the online function “Vertrag widerrufen”. The model form is optional. The deadline is met when the notice is sent in time.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Under § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This can include a bespoke AI print generated after the order from your room scan or personal prompt. The exception does not apply merely because a standard motif is printed on demand. Predefined shop motifs and predefined room-analysis motifs remain standard goods with the statutory 14-day right. AI outputs are not promised to be exclusive or copyright-protected.
Damage, Replacements & Returns
Statutory conformity and defect rights are unaffected. If a parcel or print arrives damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] promptly with photos so that we can arrange a remedy; a 14-day notice is not a legal condition. You do not need the original packaging for statutory rights. For a standard withdrawal, you bear the direct return costs and should contact us before sending the goods to Alexander Fulst, Lehmkamp 1, 48161 Münster, Germany.
